About us

Royal Executive Cars is a professional mini cab company which specializes in airport transfers, touring, weddings and almost all other occasions. We can provide you with a driven car to and from all major London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton and City airport, as well as all the stations. We provide our service to all greater London Areas and surroundings.

Saloons, Estates, People Carriers (MPV’s), Mini buses, Motor bikes are all the transport types you can choose from. Satisfactory condition of the vehicle and driver are our preference. Drivers wear suits and are trained to treat customers in a professional manner.

We will try to make our system as easy as possible. However any reason for complaint should be addressed to our support team.

Additional Services

Baby seat

There is an additional charge £5 extra for a baby seat. You may advise us on the age of the baby when making a booking in the comment box so we can provide the right size. We offer seats for children up to 3 years old.

Additional stop on the way

There is a charge for additional stops on the way. Generally £5 per stop (not diversion). When making a booking you may let us know in the comment box or ask us before you book by contacting us and letting us know where you need to stop (postal code if possible)

Diversion

Any diversion on the journey must be specified in the comment box while making booking and we will reconfirm the price for the journey including your diversion as soon as possible. Or send us e-mail for a quote before booking the car online.

Checking your flight

When you book we will take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we are able to monitor your flight for any delays.

Waiting time

We usually send the driver into the terminal 15 minutes after actual landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear customs/passport control and for collecting luggage. The driver then stands inside at the Airport Information desk in the arrivals terminal with a name board.

Car Park fee

When travelling from the airport we include the car parking fee in the price. The passenger does not have to pay for parking from the airport.

Babies are counted as passengers

Take into account any additional or oversized luggage

Strollers are counted as one normal luggage

Foldable wheelchairs are generally counted as one normal luggage

If you a more than 8 passengers , you may book two vehicles, or contact us for advice

Luggage must fit into the boot of the car
